Background

With over 12 years of experience in the substance use and mental health field, I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to my work. I started out not just as a counselor, but as someone who’s walked the path of recovery myself. That lived experience deeply informs my approach and allows me to connect with clients in an authentic, compassionate way.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with individuals navigating addiction, trauma, anxiety, and depression—often all at once. I’ve served in various roles across the recovery world and am now pursuing my master’s in clinical mental health counseling to continue growing as a therapist. My work is grounded in real-world understanding, supported by clinical training, and led by a genuine passion for helping others heal.
I primarily use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and a client-centered, trauma-informed approach. Sessions focus on practical coping skills, emotional regulation, grounding techniques, and inner child work—tailored to where you are and what you need. I believe in meeting people exactly where they’re at, without pressure or judgment.
Clients often tell me they feel safe, seen, and understood in our work together. Therapy with me isn’t about perfection—it’s about progress, self-discovery, and learning to live a life that feels more grounded and true to who you are.
If you’re struggling with substance use, stuck in old patterns, or just trying to find your way, you don’t have to do it alone. I’d be honored to walk with you.

A Little CLoser Look:

I’m an addiction counselor and current master’s student in clinical mental health counseling, deeply passionate about helping people heal, grow, and reconnect with who they really are. I’ve spent over a decade working in the recovery world, and I bring both personal and professional experience to the work I do. I believe in showing up with authenticity, empathy, and the occasional well-timed joke—because healing doesn’t have to be all heavy, all the time.
Outside of session, you’ll find me hanging with my two dogs, who think they’re co-therapists, snapping photos of everyday beauty, and embracing my favorite role of all: being an auntie. There’s nothing like the joy, chaos, and heart of family to keep life grounded and meaningful.
I’m big on connection, creativity, and keeping things real—whether that’s in the therapy room or in my own life. I believe deeply in the power of laughter, the importance of feeling seen, and the strength it takes to face hard things with honesty and hope. If you’re looking for someone who can hold space for both the pain and the possibility—you’re in the right place.
